Five Stones Consulting announces opening of tax practice.  Starting from March 1, 2019 Ms. Ekaterina Boldinova (https://www.facebook.com/katherin.boldinova) has joined the firm as a partner. She will lead the tax practice: Five Stones Consulting will develop tax disputes practice and tax law advisory practice.  Ms. Boldinova is a well-known practitioner in tax law and tax disputes areas.  She has more than 16 years’ experience, bar admittance and LLM degree of the University of London.  Ekaterina has significant experience in assistance with handling of in-office and on-site tax audits of major companies and successful challenging of the results of such audits, representation of the clients in courts in regard to tax, customs and administrative cases.  Also Ms. Boldinova advises the clients on tax law matters, analyzes tax risks of the expected and completed transactions, both for individuals and companies, advises on currency control matters.  Her clients include major construction companies, pharmaceutical companies and IT players.

Before joining the firm, Mrs. Boldinova headed the tax practice of Tilling Peters and also worked in various international law and consulting companies, including EY (Ernst&Young), YUST Law Firm and Pepeliaev, Goltsblat&Partners, as well as Rostelecom.  The tax practices led by Ekaterina Boldinova was recognized by World Tax, Commersant and Pravo Ru ratings.
